this'll need doing again in a couple of months, but may as well push this while I'm thinking of it.

sidenote: the repology outdated package detection seems affected by the differing version number scheme of windows xivlauncher, as distributed by winget and scoop... I think the solution (beyond "make a single unified launcher" or "go back in time and rename all the linux packages") is to add a split-ambiguities rule to https://github.com/repology/repology-rules, so that FFXIVQuickLauncher and XIVLauncher.Core get different names on repology, but I don't know what those names should be.

I'll get this PR approved so it's up to date.

re: repology, it looks like winget/scoop already have xivlauncher in place, but the actual repo for the Widnows/WPF launcher is FFXIVQuickLauncher so we'd probably want to use that and xivlauncher.core for the explicit divide, even if both are referred to xivlauncher in general.
